Your items are beautifully packaged and concealed in a larger box and sent securely - "signature upon delivery".
5) Who completes the valuations provided for purchases over $2000?
For authenticity and pricing purposes, items are valued independently by a reputable REGISTERED Appraiser / Valuer
6) Do you accept RETURNS or Refunds?

Yes we do accept lay-by's for purchases over $2000. Please refer to the Lay-By Policy on the website.
For your security, lay-by payments are processed via Pay Pal.

9) Do you offer resizing?
We do not offer resizing but we can advise if an item can be resized and by how many sizes. We like to recommend having your ring sized in person at your local jeweller to ensure the best fit.
